Currently in the United States alone there are over 2500 annual trade shows that cover a wide variety of industries from electronics, such as video games, to whiskey tastings and book fairs. Companies who attend these events are looking to market their presence to attendees and maximize their impact in an expo. This is mainly achieved by marketing tools used in an exhibit space. Time honored tools such as a trade show booth banner, pop up displays, electronics, and information desks are all go to standards for exhibitors. The unit may be comprised of single panels, multiple panels, various boards, and all manner of custom equipment components. Considering the limited amount of space provided for booths, a booth banner is naturally at the front of a display and is is integral in attracting passersby to an exhibit. Eye catching graphics, bold images and catch phrases used on a banner are held to high standards by attendees who need to decide how to use their limited time on the trade show floor. These stands are highly effective tools, when used properly. There are many different display options available to companies today; such as modular exhibits that offer standardized basic structure and equipment, and panel and frame systems that offer hundreds of panel designs. There are also many modular designs for a company to choose from as well as custom exhibits that create a specific unit based on the needs of an exhibitor. All of these designs however will most likely include a trade show booth banner and information desk as part of the features. With strong messages provided by a well displayed presentation, a company can maximize the impact of any of these displays. From custom designs that take standards in electronics, equipment and graphics to the next level, to modular booths that provide a company with an economical back drop, nearly anything can be built to achieve trade show impact on a budget. With today's focus on cost savings and maximizing return on marketing costs, an investment in a bold, well thought out banner that can be used with many different display types and marketing situations is a wise investment. No matter how minimal or unfettered a companies marketing budget may be, when all is said and done, the first impression offered to passers by is a determining factor in the ever growing world of trade shows. |
